The passage of the multiple locks, the lapping of the water, an original view of the charming villages which follow one another to the peaceful cruising rhythm, will transport you into other times, so as to take some puffs of a certain art of living.
Not far away from the sand beaches, around the picturesque village of Somail, charming stopover on the nonchalant Canal du Midi, abound marvellous sites : Cathar fortresses and citadels, abbeys of repute, superb cities offering their inexhaustible riches liberally to the eyes and the spirit |
